Terms of Service

1. Service and current status

UR Founders provides software-assisted workflows for U.S. company formation and related administrative or compliance tasks. The application, a secure payment page, and a founder's account show the service status, available workflow, and service description for a particular request.

Government processing, third-party availability, filing outcomes, banking decisions, tax or immigration outcomes, and business results are outside the public page's control. Nothing here promises approval, a time to completion, eligibility, or a particular result.

2. Use of the service

Use the application lawfully and provide information that is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge. A workflow may request additional identity, ownership, officer, shareholder, address, or supporting-document information. We may ask for a correction or pause a workflow when information is missing, inconsistent, or requires human review.

The service is software and operational support; it is not a law firm, and this page does not establish an attorney-client, tax-adviser, investment-adviser, or other professional relationship.

3. Prices, fees, and payment

The pricing page and the secure payment page are the sources for the amount, service description, package availability, and any separately identified government or third-party fee for a particular transaction. A package is presented as a one-time charge only when the applicable product page or payment page says so; this page does not add a recurring charge.

For a payment-link checkout, before Stripe Checkout starts, the secure payment-link page displays a versioned Payment Terms & Authorization Agreement. Acceptance in that flow records the typed name, acceptance time, IP address, browser information, terms version, and terms hash. This description is limited to the payment-link flow; other payment flows may record different acceptance information based on the flow. The payment-link page and the agreement actually accepted—not this general description—control that payment transaction.

4. Cancellations and refund requests

This public page gives no automatic refund or guaranteed refund outcome. A refund request is reviewed against the service status, the payment terms actually accepted, payment-provider records, and applicable law; it is not an automatic outcome. Government or other third-party amounts may be treated differently under the applicable transaction terms.

Nothing on this page changes an accepted payment agreement, a signed acceptance, or an existing consent record.

5. Privacy and security

The Privacy Notice describes the categories of information used by the application and the service providers that may be involved in a particular request.

Selected sensitive fields are encrypted before storage. This protection applies to those fields only; it does not mean that every database record or file uses the same security control.

6. External services

Depending on the service you request, third-party providers may process payment, email, company-formation, AI review or support, signature, banking, analytics, error-reporting, or filing information.

7. Applicable law and prior agreements

This page is informational. It does not add a governing-law, forum, venue, or dispute clause. Applicable law and any dispute terms are determined by the agreement actually accepted for the relevant service and by non-waivable law that applies to the user or transaction.

This unsigned public notice may be corrected or updated for factual accuracy, but it does not change an accepted payment agreement, another signed agreement, historical records, or an existing consent record. Where a specific accepted agreement differs from this public information, consult that accepted agreement.
